Our first reply also helps figure out who should handle it. Do you only work on WordPress sites? No. We work on any site, platform or business process. Even when we don't build the tool ourselves — an app, say — we can still improve its usability, customer journey and conversions. Do you also work on existing projects? Yes. You can start from what you already have, on any platform: we figure out what's working and what isn't, and step in where needed without redoing what's already fine. How do you set costs and timelines? After your request, if the work is a fit for us, we talk on a free video call. Then you get a written proposal with activities, the person in charge, cost and timeline: we start only once you've approved it. Do you guarantee results? We don't promise numbers that don't depend on us alone, like Google rankings or revenue. But every piece of work has a written goal and a way to measure it, so you can see whether it's working. Can I hand you the whole journey? Yes. Rosa, Matteo and Alessandro work together when a project needs more than one skill set, and you always have a single point of contact.
